There are several ways to make a point on a nail

first: The dotting tool

it's a specific tool to make points, you just need to put it in the nail polish and then on the nail.

The backhand of a brush works exactly the same way.

For little point, you can use a toothpick, it's useful too for little draw!

If you don't have time, just take the brush of your nail polish, it's not gonna make a perfect circle but it good too.
